Rates

All guest room rates include 5% Provincial Sales Tax, 5% Goods and Services Tax (refundable to non-residents of Canada), and a 3% Destination Marketing Levy. Such taxes are subject to change without notice.

Traditional Guest Room

Club

Set high above the city on the 36th to 42nd floors, Club Level guests enjoy exclusive use of the elegantly appointed Club Lounge on the 43rd floor, including complimentary deluxe continental breakfast, tea and coffee service, and hors d’oeuvres between 17:30 – 20:00 Complimentary wireless Internet access is also available. Standard Suite

Reservations and Payment

A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required to hold each guest reservation. Such deposit shall serve to confirm the reservation for the dates indicated, and, upon check-in, shall be applied to the first and/or final night of the reserved stay. Deposits paid by individuals are refundable if notice is received at least 72 hours prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained. All deposits shall be charged at the time the reservation is made.

Cancellation Policy

Your room may be cancelled up to 72 hours prior to arrival. If your stay is cancelled less than 72 hours prior to arrival a one (1) night’s deposit will apply.

The Sheraton Centre Hotel is responsible for issuing all confirmations.
