Group Registrations: If you are registering one or more people, but are not attending yourself, please select “Not Attending Conference” from the Registration Type drop down list in Step One of the on-line registration. Once you have entered your contact information, you will be able to register Additional People, whom you can register as full or daily delegates. On-site Registration
The registration desk at the Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel will be open during the following hours*:

 

  • Thu, 18th June 07:30 – 18:30
  • Fri, 19th June 07:00 – 18:00
  • Sat, 20th June 07:00 – 18:00
  • Sun, 21st June 07:00 – 15:30

 

On-site registrations will be accepted but cannot be guaranteed to receive all Congress documents. Please arrive early if you wish to register on-site.

Important: Registration forms will not be processed until appropriate payment has been received!

 

Confirmation

 

Upon receipt of the correct registration fee, each participant will receive a confirmation of registration. Please bring this confirmation to the registration desk at the Congress as proof of your registration.

 

Cancellation / Refund Policy

 

Refund of registration fees, less 25% administrative charges, can be applied for in writing until 31st December, 2008 to the Administrative Secretariat.

After this date no refund will be possible. Name changes or replacements can be made at any time for a charge of $45.00 CAD. On-site changes of name badges due to incorrect submission of names, address data or badge loss will be charged $20.00 CAD.
